Embedded signing

Embedded signing: your software in front, ours behind it.

Create agreements from your booking system, CRM, POS or portal, send the signer into the signing flow, and get status changes back by webhook.

Built to disappear into the workflow

Embedded does not have to mean forcing another dashboard on your staff. SignSealer can be the signing system of record while your application remains the operational system of record.

Create

Your application prepares the document, variables and signer roles through the API.

Launch

Send the signer to a short-lived SignSealer signing session or deliver the link through your own customer journey.

Listen

Receive signed webhook events when consent, signatures, completion or delivery states change.

Continue

Update the booking, opportunity, order, reservation or internal workflow without duplicate entry.

Three integration patterns

Choose the integration depth that matches the product you are building.

API + hosted signing

Your system creates the agreement and controls the surrounding workflow. The signer completes on a hardened SignSealer signing page.

White-label hosted signing

Use your brand and domains while SignSealer continues to serve and secure the signing surface.

Partner / platform integration

Provision signing for many downstream businesses with OAuth, scoped access, webhooks and tenant-aware workflows.

Security before convenience

The current hosted signing page deliberately blocks arbitrary framing for anti-phishing protection. Deep embedding should use an origin-bound session model rather than weakening that control globally.

1

Create a bounded session

Issue a short-lived signing session for one document and one expected origin.

2

Constrain the host

Bind allowed origins and messaging so another site cannot reuse the session.

3

Return the result

Emit completion events back to the host and to signed webhooks without exposing tenant credentials to the browser.

API keys: a key for the booking system, what it may do and the one network it may be used from, and the form that makes another.
