Pricing
25 signings a month free. After that, a few cents each.
One unit: a completed agreement, however many signed it. Free covers 25 a month; the membership is $9.99, then 10¢ a signing, falling to 4¢ with volume.

Each signing, by how many you have done that month
Like tax brackets: a signing is priced by the tier it falls in that month, and the ones before it keep the price they had. The first of each month's signings are free, on the membership as on Free.
| Signings in the month | Each |
|---|---|
| 1–25 | free |
| 26–250 | 10¢ |
| 251–1,000 | 8¢ |
| 1,001 and up | 4¢ |
What would your month cost?
Slide to the signings you expect in a month and tick the extras you would use. The answer is the whole month, the $9.99 membership fee included, worked out the way your balance is drawn.
Up to 25 a month and none of the extras? Free costs nothing and you never need the membership.
Prepaid credit, and what happens at zero
You add credit in the amount you choose, from $25: $100 or $500 at a time if that suits you better. The membership fee, each signing and each extra are drawn from it as they happen, and the billing page shows every draw. Automatic reload is on unless you turn it off: when the balance falls under $5, it adds the amount you set, $25 or more, from the card you used last. Credit does not expire while the account is open, and if you close it, what is left is refunded on request.
- A signing already under way always completes. Nobody is stopped halfway through a waiver.
- New sends and texts wait until credit is added; drafts and templates do not.
- A signing at the counter tablet is recorded and settled from the next credit.
- A renewal the balance cannot cover moves the account to Free. Nothing is deleted.

The extras, at about what they cost us
Everything expensive is passed through rather than buried in the fee, because a cheap plan that hides an expensive input is a plan that gets withdrawn. Each comes with the membership and is drawn from credit when used; white label is a monthly fee instead. Nothing marked not available yet is a promise about a date.
Text-message delivery
3¢ a text
Signing links by SMS, from a number registered for it, then a reminder if they wait, and a confirmation when it is signed if you turn that on. Sent only with a consent the record keeps; every text says Reply STOP.
- How it is billed
- Metered, per text of up to 2 segments: the link and each reminder are a text each, so a signing by text is usually one. A confirmation text when it is signed is optional and off unless you turn it on, which makes it two; otherwise the signed copy is emailed, or downloaded from the page they signed on. Only if you send links by text; a signing link fits in one.

AI drafting
25¢ a run
A first draft of a waiver for your trade, written with a model from a short brief, for you to edit before it is ever published.
- How it is billed
- Metered, per draft

- With the membership, from credit
AI review before sending
25¢ a run
A model reads a template and says what is worth checking, and the findings go on the evidence trail. It never blocks a send.
- How it is billed
- Metered, per review, at the drafting rate

- With the membership; a business switches it on under Settings
One-time passcodes
5¢ a code
A six-digit code sent to the inbox or phone the signing link went to, typed before the signer consents. Proves control of that inbox or phone at the moment of signing; not an identity check, and the certificate says so.
- How it is billed
- Metered, per code confirmed. For when you need more than an email link.

- With the membership; a business switches it on under Settings
ID Evidence
25¢ an agreement
A photo of the signer's ID, and of themselves if they wish, taken after consent and before the signature, kept encrypted for thirty days and on the certificate by hash. Evidence that somebody held that ID up when they signed; not verified against anything, and the certificate says so.
- How it is billed
- Metered, per completed agreement that carries it

Booking-system integrations
Included
Guesty or Hostaway sends each reservation, and your requirements decide what each guest is sent. The first 25 signings of each month stay free however they arrive. Zapier, Make and the API work on Free.
- How it is billed
- Part of the membership; each signing is priced like any other
- Today
- With the membership; a business connects it under Integrations
White label
$25 a month
Your name, logos and colours on the signing page, the mail and the counter tablet. Links on yourbusiness.signsealer.com, or on your own domains: signing links on sign.yourbusiness.com and mail from mail.yourbusiness.com, each verified by DNS before it is used. Our line off every mail. The certificate stays checkable at signsealer.com.
- How it is billed
- A monthly fee: $25 a month, every month it is on, taken with the membership fee

No per-user fee. Charging per seat means a campground with six seasonal staff pays more than one with two, for the same number of waivers. That is a pricing model that punishes hiring.
Prices are before sales tax. Where we are registered to collect it, it is added when you buy credit and itemised on the receipt. If your organisation holds a state exemption certificate, send it to us under Billing and we will stop charging it once it is checked.
What is never billed
- Drafts, voids and expiries — we do not bill for a document nobody signed.
- Resending, reminding or rotating a link by email. By text, each one is a text, at the text rate.
- Reading your own evidence, ever, including after you leave.
- The API and webhooks — included, even on Free. No per-call fee and no developer plan.
- Storage. A signed document is kept whole for seven years by default, or up to twenty if you set it, at no extra charge; its certificate and evidence trail are kept for good.
A price change takes effect at your next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days beforehand — see the terms.
