What a template carries

A template is the source for a repeatable signing process — the text, or your own PDF, plus everything that makes it repeatable.

Document text

The exact language that becomes the signable document, with headings, bold and numbered clauses, drawn the same on the signing page, the tablet, the mail and the sealed PDF.

Blanks

Customer, property, job, reservation or transaction values, filled in when a document is prepared, from your dashboard or your own system.

Questions

Thirteen kinds, from a tick box to a birthday, a choice, initials or a photograph, each checked where it is answered before the signature is taken.

Sections

Questions grouped under a heading and an introduction, and a section given a page of its own so a long form is asked a step at a time.

Conditions

A question shown only when an earlier answer calls for it. A hidden question is never asked, and never holds up the signature.

Flags
