Where it goes wrong

The Friday queue
Three documents each, a pen that does not work, and a line out of the office. Everything else you do that day is downstream of this hour.
The cart agreement nobody read
It needs a licence number and a named driver, and it is the one that matters when a fourteen-year-old takes it out at dusk.
Seasonal versus nightly
A seasonal site signs once a year; a nightly site signs every stay. One folder of paper cannot tell you which of your seasonals is current.
What happens instead

The booking email carries the link. By Friday most of the queue has already signed and check-in is a key and a map.
Different documents for different sites
A site with a hot tub needs the hot tub waiver. A cart on the reservation adds the cart agreement, with the licence field required.
Seasonal agreements, sent as a list
Next season's agreement goes to every seasonal from one spreadsheet, each with their own site and rate in it, and anybody who has not signed gets a reminder without somebody sending it.

Questions
Does it work with my reservation software?
If it can send an email or a text with a link in it, yes, today, with no integration at all. If it has an API, the link can be created automatically when the booking is — that is a morning's work for whoever maintains it, and the documentation is public.
What about guests who show up without a reservation?
A QR code at the office window opens the same documents on their phone.
Can a seasonal guest sign once for the year?
Yes. The agreement says the season it covers, and it is on file under their name with the day they signed. For next season, send it again to the whole list at once.
