- Who may drive. Only licensed drivers aged twenty-one and over named here: drivers. Nobody under twenty-one drives the cart, and no more people ride than there are seats.
- Where and how. Park roads and paths only, at walking pace near sites, never on public roads unless the park says so, and never after quiet hours start. No alcohol for the driver.
- Condition. I have looked the cart over with staff and note its condition here: condition notes. I return it charged or fuelled as agreed, at the time agreed, and I am responsible for damage to it or by it during the rental.
- Risks. A golf cart can tip on slopes and turns and offers no protection in a collision. I accept those risks for myself and the people I carry, and I release business name from claims arising from my ordinary use of the cart, other than claims arising from a defect it knew of or its own negligence that the law does not let a release cover.
- Cost. Late return, damage and recovery are charged as posted.
