Each question is checked where it is answered — a date that is on the calendar, a birthday that is not in the future, an address long enough to be one — in the same words on the signing page, on the counter tablet and in the API, and the signature waits until every required one is done.

  • Sections. Group questions under a heading, and give a section a page of its own.
  • Conditions. Show a question only when an earlier answer calls for it; a hidden question is never asked and never owed.
  • Flags. Put an answer in front of your staff when it needs a person, such as a safety box left unticked.
  • Questions first. Ask them before the document is shown, and the document after.

What a lawyer has to settle

Facility Use Agreement

  1. What is included. included. Anything else is arranged and paid for separately.
  2. Numbers. No more than max attendance people, which is the limit the facility is licensed or safe for.
  3. Conduct. The user is responsible for their guests' conduct, for keeping fire exits clear, for noise within the hours and levels posted, and for damage to the facility and its contents during the use. A deposit of deposit is held against damage and cleaning and returned within deposit return days days less any charges.
  4. Alcohol and licences. Alcohol is served only as the law and the facility's own licence allow, and only by the people or caterer named here: alcohol arrangements.
  5. Insurance. The user holds event liability insurance of at least insurance minimum or takes the cover business name offers.
  6. Cancellation. Cancellation more than cancellation days days before the date refunds the fee less cancellation charge; later than that, the fee is kept.

By signing the user confirms that they have read this, understood it, and meant to sign it.
