Questions it can ask

Each question is checked where it is answered — a date that is on the calendar, a birthday that is not in the future, an address long enough to be one — in the same words on the signing page, on the counter tablet and in the API, and the signature waits until every required one is done.

  • Sections. Group questions under a heading, and give a section a page of its own.
  • Conditions. Show a question only when an earlier answer calls for it; a hidden question is never asked and never owed.
  • Flags. Put an answer in front of your staff when it needs a person, such as a safety box left unticked.
  • Questions first. Ask them before the document is shown, and the document after.

What a lawyer has to settle

These are the notes already written into the document, not our opinion about the law where you operate. The product refuses to send a document with one still in it, which is the point of them.

Vendor Agreement

business name grants guest name (vendor business) a space at event name on event date, space space number, for fee. Signed date.

  1. What is sold. products, and nothing else without business name's written agreement. Alcohol, food and anything requiring a licence are sold only under the vendor's own licence, shown to business name before the event.
  2. Set-up and tear-down. Load-in from load in time, trading from open time to close time, cleared by clear time. The vendor keeps to their space, leaves it as they found it, and takes their waste with them.
  3. Insurance. The vendor holds public liability insurance of at least insurance minimum and names business name as an additional insured, with the certificate provided before load-in.
  4. Responsibility. The vendor is responsible for their stock, equipment, staff and customers, and for damage they cause. business name is responsible for the site, power as agreed, and general security, and not for the vendor's losses from weather, low attendance or theft.
  5. Cancellation. If the event is cancelled by business name, the fee is refunded. If the vendor withdraws less than cancellation days days before, the fee is kept.

By signing the vendor confirms that they are authorised to sign for vendor business, that they have read this, and that they meant to sign it.
