A Sign now button on any page

The SignSealer agreement block or a shortcode puts a Sign now button on any page: for walk-ups, a class page, or a form plugin not supported yet.

The words in bold are the words on the screen.

Give the form a public address
In SignSealer, open the form under Forms & QR and give it a public address, such as kayak-waiver.
Add the block
Edit the page in WordPress and add the SignSealer agreement block. In its settings, type the form's public address under Form, and change the Button text if you like.
Or paste the shortcode
In a page builder or the classic editor, paste the shortcode from SignSealer → Templates, where every form with a public address is listed beside its own — for example [signsealer_sign workflow="kayak-waiver"]. Add label="Sign the waiver" to change the button's words.
Publish
Visitors press the button and sign on SignSealer's page, where they fill in their own name and email.

Nothing is recorded in WordPress for a button: see who signed in SignSealer.
Using a form plugin the plugin does not work with yet (Ninja Forms, Formidable, Forminator, SureForms, MetForm)? Set that form's confirmation to redirect to the form's public address, or to a page with this button.
